Our client is a leading leisure trust, which operates leisure facilities in Essex. They are currently looking to recruit a part-time Membership/Collections Administrator to join their team. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, and encompasses a mix of morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.
As a Membership/Collections Administrator for Impulse Leisure, you will ideally have previous experience working with direct debit, standing order, BACS system, or data entry. You should demonstrate excellent organisational, timekeeping, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
The role will include:
1. Ensuring the membership database is maintained accurately.
2. Completing BACS collections within the relevant timescales.
3. Providing an efficient and effective first point of contact for membership account-related queries.
