About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to join our busy Marketing team in our Worcester HQ office. You will work collaboratively alongside our comprehensive marketing team in supporting our diverse range of legal departments, producing all types of graphics from images for our digital channels, to brochures and pitch documents.
Our ideal candidate will have experience delivering high-quality work towards sharp deadlines, working in a similarly busy environment. You’ll be well-versed at taking client/stakeholder briefs, asking the right questions to clarify what you need to know. You may even have experience commissioning print.
Key Skills Required
* Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
* Experience of print design principles, specifications, and limitations.
* Video and Motion Graphics experience using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects.
* Ability to work quickly in a changing environment, ensuring tight time schedules and deadlines are met to an appropriate standard.
* Be adaptable and able to work independently or collaboratively with a range of skilled individuals.
* Ability to take and interpret briefs from internal stakeholders and members of our business services teams.
* A strong eye for detail, taking pride in everything you produce.
* Creative execution across brand, print, and digital projects.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint.
About You
For your application to your Creative Artwork, we would like to see:
* That you are educated to a degree level in Design or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience.
