A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional service based in the Leicester area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.
This service provides support for adults from the age of 18 with learning disabilities and associated behavioural and mental health problems.
To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working alongside the Registered Manager and assisting with the line management of a team of staff, ensuring compliance with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators.
2. Providing the highest standards of care to all residents and managing the service to these standards.
3. Supporting individuals to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Understanding of person-centred, needs-led, and outcome-based service.
2. Commitment to quality care and service provision.
3. Able to maintain confidentiality.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Previous experience in a deputy manager position with knowledge of the service users' requirements.
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.50 per hour, totaling an annual salary of GBP28,080 per annum.
