The Opportunity:
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic HR partnerships with the leadership teams at Praxis Real Estate Management and TASK Fitout (part of Praxis Group).
Your expertise will be essential in providing top-tier HR support during this exciting period of rapid growth.
You will lead the delivery of key projects and initiatives that align with the Praxis Group People and Culture Strategy, ensuring our HR practices support our ambitious goals.
In this role, you will combine a strategic mindset with hands-on execution, driving cultural initiatives and fostering an engaging workplace environment.
Your extensive experience in designing and implementing management development programs and organizational design projects will be invaluable as you influence our people practices and shape the future of our organization.

What you'll do:
* Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Praxis Group, including the Group HR Team. Provide business partnering support to senior management in Praxis Real Estate Management and TASK Fitout.
* Work as a strategic partner, taking ownership of key initiatives in the Group HR People and Culture Strategy, working closely with the CPO.
* Take a lead role in initiatives to embed the company’s culture and values, ensuring this is preserved as we grow.
* Develop a succession planning process and put in place strategies to address succession gaps across the company.
* Develop a talent review process and put in place strategies to develop high potential colleagues.
* Create and deliver a management development programme to ensure the quality and consistency of people management.
* Create an embed a competency framework.
* Consult on organizational design and job design to ensure that all roles and structures are clearly defined.
* Identify the need for initiatives relating to the full spectrum of HR disciplines including Culture, L&D, Reward, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.
* Oversee and act as an escalation point for employee relations issues ensuring compliance with employment law.
* Provide advice and guidance on performance management cases.
* Analyse MI provided by the Group HR team to proactively identify opportunities for improvements in people and culture practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of operating as a strategic HR business partner within a similar, growing, business.
* Deep experience in leading, and delivering, management development programmes.
* Experience of developing and embedding a competency framework.
* Strong track record of delivering strategic projects that impact positively on employee engagement, performance, retention and other key people metrics.
* Experience of leading on culture programmes.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* An engaging senior leader with strong communication skills.
* Excellent time management and planning skills.
* Commercially astute with the ability to deliver HR solutions that impact positively on commercial performance.

Working pattern:
* Onsite location 4 days per week from our lovely Knightsbridge office.
