Key Responsibilities:
1. First line customer response across all mediums of communication, verbal and written.
2. Manage the Sales Order Process from beginning to the end, including raising all paperwork with all internal and external departments.
3. Liaising with internal and external parties and updating the customer throughout the process.
4. Communicate with senior management team and assist with forecast reports, highlighting any issues and resolving them before they become a problem.
5. Provide effective administration support for the management team when required.
Skills/Experience:
1. High level of competence in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
2. Project management capability.
3. Stock administration experience.
4. Working knowledge of basic accounting.
5. Team player, who is happy to work in a small, friendly team and cover for others if needed.
Salary/Benefits:
1. £22,000 to £26,000 (dependent on experience).
2. Pension scheme.
3. Hybrid working.
4. 25 holidays + bank holidays.
5. Full-time, permanent position looking to recruit for the right person as soon as possible.
