This role is available on a remote basis, covering the entire United Kingdom. Our Transport Infrastructure business plays a pivotal role in supporting National Highways, Local Authorities, Highways Scotland, and Rail customers. As the Resourcing Operations Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Resourcing Operations Manager to coordinate our recruitment strategies, supporting the management of our contingent labour and contribute to social value initiatives, ensuring we give back to our communities by helping recruit individuals from marginalised areas into employment. The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Please be aware that this position requires UK-wide travel, with occasional overnight stays. Responsibilities: Assisting in planning and executing recruitment events and workshops aimed at integrating individuals from marginalised backgrounds into employment. Supporting the development of inclusive recruitment training for our People Managers, promoting positive candidate experiences and best practices. Providing strategic solutions to recruitment challenges. Supporting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives to enhance diversity, foster inclusion, and create a safe environment that embraces differences. We'd like to hear from you if you have: Experience in recruitment or project management. Extensive experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
