Digital Business Analyst Up to £55,000 Hybrid (2 days onsite in Burton-on-Trent) Responsibilities include: Conducting business analysis activities for ongoing improvement projects centered around core digital platforms. Grasping business goals and ambitions, validating requirements from diverse stakeholders using suitable analysis techniques. Comprehending business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement within core digital platforms. Precisely documenting requirements (functional, non-functional, data, reporting, and transition) and processes (current and future states). Collaborating with product and project teams to plan business changes and design processes. Partnering with multiple third-party vendors to deliver solutions. What You'll Bring: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey concepts, effectively challenge, and manage expectations. Strong technical analysis and complex problem-solving abilities. Extensive experience and broad understanding of various digital technologies, such as web, mobile apps, customer data platforms, APIs, etc. Proven experience with Agile best practices and the application of hybrid approaches in a digital environment. Preferable but not essential: knowledge and experience in the hospitality or retail sectors.
