About the Role
We’re seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join our South Brisbane team. You’ll provide high-quality, client-centred therapy services to individuals across the lifespan, with opportunities to specialise in areas of your interest or work across a diverse caseload. Services are delivered in-clinic and in community settings, giving you flexibility and variety in your role.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for clients of all ages.
* Deliver client-centred therapy across diverse areas (e.g., early intervention, AAC, dysphagia, articulation, literacy).
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including senior Speech Pathologists, to provide holistic care.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for clients, families, and funding bodies.
* Support clients in achieving their goals through capacity-building interventions.
* Participate in professional development through in-house and external training opportunities.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
* Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Important for UK-based candidates:
* SPA requires evidence of 1,000 clinical hours of practice before considering membership.
* SPA also requires candidates to have held RCSLT membership for at least 12 months as a fully accredited Speech Pathologist before applying for recognition in Australia.
* Applicants must provide a letter of confirmation of eligibility for SPA membership in addition to their resume.

* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills are required to effectively manage caseloads and achieve deadlines.
