We are working with a brilliant business based in the Molesey area who are looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis as a Facilities Manager. In this role you will be a vital of the growing group, ensuring all 40 properties are looked after.
Day to day could include:
* Conduct regular inspections
* Oversee maintenance and compliance of properties and vehicles, including insurance.
* Process Month-end payables
* Manage all procurement activities
* Deal with Estate related queries
* Other ad hoc tasks
The ideal candidate, we are looking for is someone with experience with compliance, facilities management or a related field and a background in procurement and financial management.
