This is a key role in Bupa Global's Finance Operations team. Bupa Global is the worldwide Bupa business, with regional offices in London, Brighton, Copenhagen and Egypt. We have over 1,700 employees working for our circa 2 million customers around the world.
How you'll help us make health happen:
* Manage a portfolio of sales ledger accounts
* Reconciliation of accounts and statements
* Processing insurance premium payments
* Maintaining Bupa customer account balances
* Liaising with customers to agree balances due
* Resolve queries to ensure balances can be paid
* Review process to reduce debtor volumes
* Partner with other teams across Bupa
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Sales Ledger experience
* Highly numerate, ability to manage financial data
* Attention to detail
* Customer-focused mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
