Knight Frank is looking to hire an Account Manager to join the Lettings & Completion department based at our Baker Street HQ. We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ offices across 50 territories.
The Account Manager will be responsible for the management of overseas & domestic clients with a focus on maintaining relationships and generating new business within the London new homes sector. The Account Manager should have a good understanding of the London lettings market and will need to have strong business generation skills and be happy to work towards demanding targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a database of purchasers
2. Provide exceptional customer service to a demanding client base
3. Liaising with KF global network
4. Negotiating fee structures
5. Support the new homes teams with domestic and international exhibitions and launches, pricing exercises and marketing materials
6. Building a network of Chinese introducers
7. Maintaining knowledge of London new homes market
8. Work with the lettings offices to strategically target new developments
9. Cross sell KF finance and KF interiors and collaborate accordingly with internal teams
Key Experience Required:
1. 1-2 years’ experience in property related industry
2. Literate and numerate in English and Mandarin (Essential)
3. Fluent in Cantonese (Desirable)
4. Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
5. Proficient with telesales
6. Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends/evenings (rare)
