This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, providing key financial insights that shape significant business decisions and drive organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support transaction processes, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
2. Develop comprehensive financial models and valuations to support client objectives.
3. Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence, identifying trends and risks.
4. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
5. Build and manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and trust.
6. Work closely with the senior leadership team in developing new business, including networking opportunities.
Requirements:
1. ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification with a strong track record in corporate finance.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within corporate finance, or a respected Accountancy Practice advisory environment.
3. Expertise in a range of transaction activities preferably in Private Equity, financial modelling, analysis, and valuation.
4. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
