Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
* Conduct meaningful conversations with customers around a solution/product area.
* Maximise call potential and outcomes using a number of different sources to gain information on customers.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets for the aligned customer.
* Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement.
* Develop partner relationships through planning and cross-selling.
* Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
* Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as daily talk time and outbound calls.
* Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
* Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Experience within a sales environment from any industry.
* A proven track record in sales and understanding of targets.
* Consistently striving to “Delight the Customer”.
* Work effectively as part of a team.
* Winning mentality with a proactive attitude.
* Successful in building long term customer relationships.
* Willingness to share experience and knowledge with others to enhance team performance.
