If you are enthusiastic about road safety for children, you may be the person we are looking for to help achieve Darlington's casualty reduction targets.
The role of this post is to be responsible for developing and delivering Pedestrian Training within the Borough. We offer training to all pupils in years 1, 2 & 3. You will be responsible for managing a team of Pedestrian Instructors who deliver training to school pupils across the Borough.
Applicants should have knowledge of the Highway Code in relation to pedestrians and be able to supervise and lead a team of casual staff.
The role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at the enhanced children level. The post is term-time only and 15 hours per week.
