Job Description - What are we looking for? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our small but growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers over the phone, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive manner. Key Responsibilities - What will you be doing? Outbound Calls : Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or follow-up calls to existing leads. Conduct targeted business-to-business cold calling and manage a mix of lead types. Lead Management : Record customer details, sales interactions, and update CRM systems accurately. Customer Relationship : Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. Sales Strategies : Use effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue opportunities. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Brand Champion : Positively promote the Hazlo brand in all dealings with client communications. Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Skills and experience Experience : Previous telesales or telemarketing experience preferred Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively. Sales Ability : Proven ability to sell and close deals, with a strong customer-focused mindset. Technology : Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). Self-Motivated : Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment. Adaptability : Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales techniques. Team Player : Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
