Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment in a customer-facing role? Resolving a variety of 1st/2nd Line level tickets and contributing toward exciting projects? We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician to resolve 1st/2nd line support tickets, addressing issues remotely and at client sites when required. This role will also include planning and delivering a range of projects.

Requirements:
* Experience in a Level 2 Service Desk role (ideally within an MSP).
* Comfortable providing remote IT support and speaking to customers over the phone and via email.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
* IT project planning or delivery experience.
