An exciting opportunity has arisen within JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & Recruitment business.
We are looking to recruit an Onsite Coordinator/Senior Account Manager, based in Biggin Hill, to provide support for Contractors and Global Engineering Workers (GEW) as well as acting as the main point of contact for JMC Aviation in relation to recruitment for the site.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct JMC contractor and Global Worker inductions
2. Run through Global worker Induction Checklist
3. Organise contractor security and identification passes
4. Manage the attendance of all JMC contractor/Global worker personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
5. Monitor Global worker Annual leave requests, sickness, and unauthorised absences on Breathe, including performing return to work forms
6. Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
7. Distribute JMC work wear and ensure that competitor clothing is not worn
8. Assist with contractor/Global worker queries
9. Ensure company compliance is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
10. Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
11. Liaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
12. Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
13. Process Timesheets (Site specific)/assist with MTR
14. Keep GEW Weekly Registers/Staff Lists
15. Conduct monthly checks of JMC Global worker Tool Boxes and keep them up to date
16. Monitor the Global workers uploading of Tasks on a daily/weekly basis
17. Conduct JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW's (monthly/3 monthly) and upload these to ELMS
18. Arrange Accommodation for workers
19. Meet GEW's when they arrive in Country/take them to accommodation
20. Assist GEW's in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office
21. Assist the Recruitment Team in recruitment during downtime
22. Learn and adhere to JMC UKVI processes/GEW Manager Handbook
23. Perform Right to Work Checks
24. Conduct GEW Exit Interviews
