Working in our newly renovated office opposite Willesden Green Tube Station, you will be surrounded by a supportive team that collaborates seamlessly to achieve our company's goals and maintain our brand's reputation. Our Sales Team has experienced year-on-year growth, and we are thrilled to be expanding from a team of three to a team of four. We seek a confident individual with an engaging personality and a genuine care for helping others. This is not a typical Sales role; we are trusted advisors working for clients who trust us with their most significant asset. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with all our clients, so being a genuine people person is a must in any potential candidate.
The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, creating and conducting valuation appointments, securing new listings, selling all available properties, and ensuring the highest level of customer service to all our clients. This is a fast-paced industry, so you will need a driven and confident approach to secure opportunities and not be afraid of challenging but rewarding work.
Summary of Responsibilities
As a sales professional, you will drive new opportunities, communicate with potential sellers, assist with property appraisals, and do what is necessary to gain new instructions overall. In addition, you will meet and greet with clients, register applicants, deal with all new enquires (email, phone and walk-ins), make lots of phone calls, match applicants to available properties (often getting voicemails and having to wait for that great call that creates the buzz of a sale); arrange and conduct viewings; negotiate offers; liaise closely with sellers; discuss feedback and any interest and progress sales from ‘offer agreed’ to handing over keys to the new owners on Completion.
Experience and Criteria
* At least one year of experience handling property sales within an Estate Agency or three years for Senior Sales Consultants
* Must drive and have your car to use for work (car allowance paid)
* Live within 30 – 45 minutes drive of our office (90 Walm Lane, Willesden Green, NW2 4QY)

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm (on a rota with additional time off in lieu)
OTE of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum depending on experience (salary package will be tailor-made specifically for the ideal candidate, including basic, commission, bonuses, car allowance, etc.)
