About the role
As the Mental Health & Wellness (MH&W) Director in the Europe & Africa Consulting practice you will lead on ensuring the strategy for MH&W maximises opportunities in the market, drive / collaborate on business development activities and oversee / deliver consulting engagements for our clients across Europe and Africa.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead the MH&W area within our consulting practice, including ensuring the strategy for MH&W maximises opportunities in the market and managing the MH&W team.
2. Drive / support business development activities and engage with prospective and current clients.
3. Lead / deliver MH&W consulting solutions to clients.
4. Maintain, with others within International SOS, key stakeholder relationships with clients and identify consulting solutions to complement their services.
5. Collaborate with peers across regions to share best practices and identify market trends.
6. Represent International SOS in professional forums and the media.
About you
1. Senior experience in MH&W with prior consulting experience.
2. Current senior consulting experience (Director / Partner or equivalent) or senior in-house role.
3. Cross-cultural people management experience, particularly in Europe and Africa.
4. Significant business development and client engagement / management experience.
5. Medical degree, GMC registration or other relevant academic qualification advantageous.
6. Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
7. Willingness to travel regionally and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
8. Flexibility to work outside of normal duty hours as required.
9. Experience in developing MH&W strategies in a consultancy and / or corporate context.
10. Strong presentation and communication skills.
11. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
12. Team development / leadership skills.
13. Excellent planning and organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
14. Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
