Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Production Specialist to join our team at our Aldershot Asphalt Plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate Plant and Equipment: You will be responsible for operating various plant and equipment to produce high-quality materials for customer needs.
* Plan and Communicate Effectively: You will need to plan and communicate effectively within the Asphalt & Aggregate division to meet customer requirements.
* Work Collaboratively: You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure successful production and delivery of high-quality materials.
* Maintain a Safe Working Environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and contributing to the overall success of the team.
* Stay Up-to-Date with Production Processes: You will stay up-to-date with production processes and contribute to process improvements.
* Develop Strong Working Relationships: You will develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers to drive business growth and quality.
