As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team and help expand their market presence.
Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the distribution and printing industry. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow key accounts within the distribution and printing industry.
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture new markets.
3. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
7. Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, preferably in the distribution or printing industry.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
5. Familiarity with printing technologies, distribution processes, and supply chain management is a plus.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
8. A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
