Key Responsibilities: Intervention Delivery: Lead and deliver social communication interventions for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, helping them develop essential social skills. Assessment and Planning: Assist in assessing students' needs and contribute to the planning and preparation of differentiated learning activities tailored to individual requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, the SENCo Department, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
