Salary: £15 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Welding Technician to join our team. This role involves welding and fabricating metal components to assemble structural forms, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform sheet metal welding using various techniques.
2. Utilize hand and power tools to weld and assemble metal components.
3. Fabricate and weld parts following technical drawings.
4. Conduct stick welding to ensure structural integrity.
5. Apply basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
6. Maintain and operate welding equipment effectively.
Skills and Experience Required
7. Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
8. Proficiency in sheet metal welding techniques.
9. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
10. Experience using hand and power tools for metalwork.
11. Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance.
