Job summary CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Hertfordshire division of Central London Community trust. The division is seeking a Deputy Director of Operations on secondment for 12 months (up until 30th June 2026) to support the delivery of community services in Hertfordshire. Main duties of the job The post holder will work closely with the senior team in the Hertfordshire division, including the Director of Operations, Divisional Medical Director, Divisional Director of Nursing and Therapies and the Heads of Clinical Services. The role will lead on the reporting and delivery of performance across the division, including all performance metrics and QIPP. Ensure adherence with regulations, performance and contractual indicators Oversee the delivery of transformation within the division and support CLCHs role in system transformation Line management of the business team and transformation teams within the division. Work closely with partners to support the delivery of new collaborative ways of working both at HCP and ICS level in line with local and national priorities Deputise for the Director of Operations as required.
