Job Title: Personal Assistant Location: Sheffield Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support our HR Leadership Team in Sheffield. This key role will ensure the smooth operation of the team by providing high-quality administrative and PA support, managing daily tasks efficiently, and assisting with a wide range of activities.Key Responsibilities Diary Management: Proactively manage calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure smooth planning. Travel & Logistics: Organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers), prepare detailed itineraries, handle expense claims, and manage visas and other travel-related tasks. Email & Correspondence Management: Prioritize and summarize daily emails, manage action points, and handle correspondence on behalf of the HR leadership team. Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and organize HR Leadership team meetings, team days, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place. IT & Technical Support: Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting and assisting with tech tools such as Copilot. Document Preparation & Management: Amend documents, prepare presentations, format meeting agendas, and handle confidential information with discretion. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with drafting, typing, and producing various business documents, manage internal communications, and support ongoing projects.
