Position: Project Coordinator Location: Nottinghamshire Salary: £25-£30k – starts looking at the 9 th of September, permanent position This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our client who is a leading turnkey engineering firm. The Project Coordinator will be reporting to the Framework Manager. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for: Management and submission of weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms. Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports etc. Ensure the companies integrated management system is populated, and information is up to date on live projects. Manage team’s movements and plan daily activities. Co-ordinate with other Departments and regions Assist in the preparation of Application invoices, including month end. Work with other members of the team to ensure holiday periods are covered. Utilise fully all resources to plan, deploy and efficiently manage employees for successful completion of workload with the Project Managers. Identify Project risks, implement contingency plans and early warning mechanisms to reduce waste, duplication of work and maintain projected profitability. Qualifications / requirements for the Project Coordinator : Previous experience working within an Office administrative role.
