We are a leading Oil and Gas Recruitment Agency operating in the Oil and Gas sector in the UK, offshore and internationally. We have exclusive opportunities with operators and EPCs who are looking for candidates across engineering, mechanical, electrical, drilling, subsea, HSE and instrumentation and controls.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Resourcer to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are keen to kickstart a career in recruitment and grow within a supportive and energetic team. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience and professional skills through on-the-job training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Building strong searching techniques via a range of platforms such as, social media, our database, directly phone calling.
Client Interaction: Support in managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs.
Recruitment Process: Help with screening CVs, reviewing candidates certificates and qualifications and matching this up to the job description, matching candidates to job opportunities.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the recruitment process for example being organised and prepared for meetings, creating spreadsheets, updating our database.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for Recruitment: A genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to build a career in this field.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates. Confident over the phone and having a strong phone etiquette.
Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the work environment.
Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
IT Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
