This is a key leadership role where you'll partner with senior leaders to drive business success, oversee a small finance team, and ensure robust financial reporting and controls.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead the preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and reports - from overall performance to product costs, operational efficiency, and capital spending.
2. Keep the business on track with accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and statutory compliance.
3. Guide and develop a team of two direct reports while collaborating with leaders across the business.
4. Drive cost awareness and support smart resource allocation to boost efficiency and returns.
What We're Looking For:
1. Qualified accountant.
2. Finance experience in manufacturing, with know-how in production or costing.
3. A self-starter who can make decisions, prioritise, and manage projects independently.
4. Great communicator with strong team-working skills to connect with people at all levels.
5. Sharp analytical mind with an eye for detail and problem-solving flair.
6. Ideally, familiarity with US GAAP, ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
7. Experience managing a team is a bonus but not essential.
