We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturer who have experienced strong growth over recent years. In order to continue growing, the business require extra support when it comes to managing inbound customer enquiries and the creation of quotes. Product training will be provided, but any experience of working within the engineering / manufacturing sector would be useful. Salary & Package: £27,000 to £35,000 per annum as an initialguide DOE. 25 days holiday banks. The Internal Sales Coordinator job will involve: Responding to inbound / internal sales enquiries to ensure they have everything they need. Prepare and calculate quotations for customers using customer information and data. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, engineering, and logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects. Track and analyse account performance metrics, including client satisfaction, project outcomes, and financial results. Methodical and organised to follow a process in managing customer queries. A team player who can collaborate with different internal departments (marketing, manufacturing, engineering etc.).
