Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking an Administrator to join our team based in Halesowen.
This role offers progression, for those that have an interest in becoming a Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant.
Key Responsibilities;
* Responsible for answering all calls and directing to the appropriate person
* Completion of filling, scanning and uploading sensitive information
* Meeting and greet candidates upon arrival and issuing the appropriate paperwork
* Entering and uploading candidates details onto our CRM system
* Assist the needs of the Recruitment consultants
* Ensuring workers are compliant to work and the necessary checks are conducted
What we need from you;
* An interest in progressing into a Recruitment based role
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident and organised
