The successful candidate will need to have substantial experience working in community healthcare, demonstrable ability to lead and manage change, experience of staff and budget management, and excellent communication skills. The role will support the Head of Clinical Services to ensure quality processes are in place and embedded to consistently deliver a safe and effective high-quality service for patients and service users. You will be supported and have opportunity to develop your leadership and operational management skills.
