The Growth & Engagement Marketing team leverages the latest martech and digital strategies to connect client needs with our capabilities. We aim to enhance and improve our client's experience and buying journey across all our digital touchpoints, using multi-market campaigns and innovative channel activation to achieve commercial results.
Your Role
The Media Planning Marketer will support the strategic development and day-to-day communications with our agency and digital channel marketing experts to manage and optimize our media plan, ensure placements launch on time and run smoothly, and support internal marketing stakeholders for status and performance updates.
What you will be doing:
1. Support the Media Planning Manager to develop insight-driven briefs that inspire our partners to produce breakthrough paid media programs delivered in impactful, measurable ways.
2. Manage day-to-day tactical media plan details and agency communications to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets, including coordination with creative agencies, channel teams, and campaign owners.
3. Support the development, measurement, and reporting of campaign KPIs to share insights on campaign performance while also ensuring we're regularly optimizing media buys based on program performance.
4. Manage and track the paid media budget through effective partnership with relevant activity owners, our agency partners, and our internal finance teams.
5. Provide support and regular updates to internal marketing stakeholders on the status of activities both in the planning stage and which are currently live.
What you will bring:
1. Proven years of media planning experience and knowledge of the B2B marketing landscape and latest trends, technologies, and requirements (previous media agency experience a plus, but not required)
2. You are a self-starter and have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain careful oversight and accountability of tactical details while focusing on bigger picture strategy
3. You have experience managing media plans, including tracking and maintaining large budgets
4. You have experience partnering with external agencies to shape the best search strategies, tactics, and audience insights
5. You're skilled in analyzing performance metrics against campaign objectives that link marketing activities to commercial results, and then apply those learnings to improve future marketing campaigns.
6. You're a team player who values collaboration, is generous with time and knowledge, and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a large team spread across Europe and North America
7. You're curious with a passion to stay up to date on digital marketing strategies, best practices, and the competitive landscape
8. You have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus)
