We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team Role Responsibilities The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales within the UK, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present products/services and close sales. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Track sales activities, monitor performance against goals, and report on sales metrics to management. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand. About you: Proven experience in field sales, within the beauty/aesthetic sector. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driver’s license
