About Us Paddle UK is the Governing Body for Paddlesports. We have had many advances in our sport and paddling now covers a wide range of interests and passions as a sport and a leisure activity for all. Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week, including regular evening and weekend work, and time spent abroad. Closing Date: 21st January 2025 The Role The World Class Programme vision is to work as a high performance team to develop high performing people, paddlers, and environments that drive improved performances throughout our performance pathway. The Podium Coach will operate within the Canoe Sprint Programme and be an integral part of bringing the vision to life. The Podium Coach will work in partnership with the Canoe Sprint Team to build and sustain a high performance environment which accelerates the holistic development of all athletes to support performance success at key milestone events. The post holder will provide world leading and inspiring technical coaching to identified athletes, and contribute to the development of a common approach that will be delivered consistently, throughout World Class Programme activity within the pathway.
