We are specifically seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our rapidly expanding team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, playing a crucial role in building positive relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email & other social media platforms in timely manner. Resolve customer complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions in a calm and empathetic manner. Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with technical or product-related questions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and follow up on outstanding concerns. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service requests. Meet or exceed performance and service quality goals. Preferences : Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to stay calm and positive in challenging situations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in using customer service software, email, and basic computer applications such as social media platforms. Work Days : Monday till Friday- 1 Saturday a month required. Work hours: 9am - 5pm
