Lead PAM Engineer/Architect (CyberArk to Delinea Migration Project) Rate: £750 p/d Via Umbrella Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid (London or Southampton HQ) Industry: FTSE100 Retailer Length: 6 Months Further Extensions The Lead PAM Engineer/Architect will oversee and lead the migration of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure from CyberArk to Delinea. This role involves designing, planning, and implementing the migration strategy, ensuring minimal disruption, and maintaining security best practices throughout the transition. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of both CyberArk and Delinea architectures and functionalities. Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation tasks. Familiarity with cloud and on-premises environments, including Azure and AWS. Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Migration Strategy and Planning: Develop and document a comprehensive migration plan from CyberArk to Delinea. Assess current CyberArk environment, configurations, and dependencies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the migration process. Technical Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of Delinea's PAM solutions. Configure Delinea systems to replicate or improve existing functionalities from CyberArk. Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure, applications, and identity management systems. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment. Communicate migration progress and potential challenges to stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and security post-migration. Troubleshoot issues during and after migration to ensure minimal downtime and business impact. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for the new Delinea environment, including configuration details, policies, and procedures. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on Delinea operations and best practices.
