We have a very exciting new HR Advisor role working for our South Gloucestershire based client. Reporting into the HR Business Partner duties will include: Responsibilities Handling a variety of HR related queries, providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice Developing strong business relationships with stakeholders, supporting and coaching as required Managing a range of ER cases e.g. wellbeing, absence management, contract queries, disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancy/restructuring, family friendly policies etc. Facilitating training sessions to upskill managers Helping to embed company values Contributing to ad hoc HR projects as required. Reviewing policies, making recommendations for improvement Creating, interpreting and monitoring HR metrics The person CIPD qualified or working towards Previous HR Advisor experience Confident in providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice Excellent relationship building and communication skills Hands on, operational HR experience Keeps up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice and trends Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player who is also comfortable working autonomously Strong IT skills UK driving licence Salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits Location Wotton Under Edge (hybrid working)
