Real Estate Solicitor
We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our client's established legal team. With a strong presence in the legal industry, our client offers a wealth of expertise and is committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of real estate matters. This will include but is not limited to commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property financing, and development projects. You will work closely with a team of skilled solicitors, providing expert advice, and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently.
Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid background in real estate law, with the ability to handle complex cases. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be dealing with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, able to identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
Location
This is a full-time position located in Newcastle upon Tyne. Our client's office is conveniently situated just a 7-minute walk from Jesmond train station, offering excellent transportation links.
