We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Heanor, Derbyshire. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week) Hourly Rate: £15 per hour (£29,250 per annum) Reporting to: Sales Director Role Overview As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and repairs team by handling administrative tasks, customer communication, and order management. Your responsibilities will include: Processing orders and raising quotes Arranging transport for customer orders Reconnecting with lapsed and inactive customers Engaging with allocated Tier 3 customers via calls and emails Canvassing designated prospects Managing spare part requests and responding to web inquiries Posting on LinkedIn and using the platform to identify new prospects Providing administrative support to the sales and repairs team as needed Opportunities for Growth Shadow the sales team on customer visits Full training on back-office systems (Sage) Comprehensive product training on all product ranges Learn about competitors and the wider market Potential future opportunities for sales-related training and courses This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in sales administration within a dynamic and supportive team.
