Senior Nursery Room Leader/ Manager - Babies unit.
We are currently looking for someone to run our baby unit at our stunning, award-winning children's day nursery and preschool in Epsom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the 18-place Baby Unit, looking for individuals who can promote high-quality care in a stimulating, happy, and rich learning environment.
Main responsibilities of the Senior Babies Unit Manager:
* To manage and supervise the daily running of the Babies Unit.
* Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence, and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the babies' needs.
* To lead and support the baby unit staff and ensure that they comply at all times with all policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion, and confidentiality.
* To lead the team and organize and carry out planning of safe, creative, and appropriate opportunities according to children's needs and interests to fulfill the requirements of the EYFS.
* To develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents/carers.
* Work creatively with children within the EY framework to provide an enabling learning environment for all children.
* Ensure all children have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play, and be safe.
* Have previous experience of working with children under two.
* Be qualified to Level 3+ or equivalent in childcare.
* Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
* Have experience of either leading a room within a nursery or performing a management role within a nursery.

The role is full-time, and salary is negotiable, reflecting experience and qualifications.
