Join Our Team as an IT Officer!
Are you passionate about IT and eager to make a difference? Conwy’s IT&DT Department is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our IT Systems and Support Division as an IT Officer within the Finance and Efficiencies Support Team.

What We’re Looking For:
• Initiative and Innovation: Demonstrate a flair for innovation and the ability to understand and learn technical concepts.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll frequently interact with users at all levels of the organisation.
• Educational Background: A good standard of education, preferably to HND, degree level, or equivalent in an IT or related subject.
• Experience: IT technical support and/or IT system support experience in a large corporate environment is advantageous.
• Organizational Skills: High level of organisational and project management skills.
• Commitment to Learning: Willingness to attend technical and personal development training to achieve professional qualifications.
• Bilingual Skills: The ability to speak and write in Welsh is desirable to help us provide a bilingual service to clients.
