About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Early Careers Recruitment team, part of the People Solutions Talent Acquisition function. The successful candidate will manage PwC’s Flying Start Accounting Degree Programmes and support our Undergraduate Programme delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work as part of a team with a passion for delivering talent programmes and student experiences, as well as working with colleagues from multiple teams across PwC and externally.

What your days will look like:
* Manage relationships with partner universities and ICAEW to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of Flying Start programs.
* Act as the main point of contact for Flying Start students across all year groups, addressing pastoral and performance issues in collaboration with the Human Capital team.
* Design and deliver workshops and events to enhance student professional development, engagement with PwC, and preparation for placements.
* Coordinate with PwC's resourcing, Learning & Development, Schools Engagement, and Recruitment teams to facilitate program delivery, develop a schools engagement strategy, and design attraction programs focused on diversity, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication across the business.
This role is for you if:
* Experienced in school leaver recruitment with knowledge of the higher education marketplace, particularly in professional services or technology sectors.
* Skilled in creating, managing, and evaluating talent attraction and development programs.
* Understands and appreciation of diversity challenges and manages relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting and influencing.
* Capable of implementing strategic and tactical initiatives while handling multiple projects.
* Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making and stakeholder updates.
* Proactive team player with a positive approach, able to lead and inspire through change and ambiguity.
