An MEP Commissioning Manager is required to work for the Principal Contractor of a 25MW Data Centre project in West London. Phase 2 of the project is only just beginning and subject to performance the successful applicant will be engaged for at least one year, and there’s strong likelihood of this being extended further.
You will have HV experience and be the interface between the project delivery team and the appointed commissioning contractor.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Writing MEP commissioning brief and scope at an early stage of the project.
Undertake whole project review in respect of commissioning.
Develop and embed integrated working practices.
Coordinating the inspection, identification, recognition and witnessing of technical elements and defects.
Manage, oversee and direct the Quality Assurance strategy
Commissioning and validation of all key critical systems
