Building Safety Case Manager – c£44,500 – Fully home based

Our corporate client is looking to expand its dedicated Building Safety Case Team with enthusiastic Property Manager’s keen to pursue a Safety/Compliance focused career as follows:
The role does NOT manage a portfolio so you will not have involvement in budgets, major works or day to day resident interaction
You will work fully home based, travelling to sites within the M25 as required (so a driving license is essential)
You MUST have demonstrable experience of Building Safety cases relating to high rise blocks as well as a good general understanding of the Building Safety Act and related regulation / good practice
This position will not require Building Safety Fund applications, nor the oversight of remediation works. Your part within the process will be to raise, manage and escalate cases to the relevant members of the dedicated team including the writing, filing and review of associated reports.
As part of your remit you will liaise with Property Managers, Developers/Freeholders/Clients and specialist contractors (for the purpose of reviewing/compiling cases relating to Building Safety compliance)Salary will start around £40k with a £4.5k car allowance, pension and corporate benefits package.
