£25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm

Job Description
1. Overseeing the complete sales order process, from receiving customer orders to pricing.
2. Creating and submitting purchase orders to factories.
3. Coordinating with UK and US warehouses to schedule and manage timely, accurate shipments to customers.
4. Delivering exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer queries and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1. Previous experience working in a sales order/purchasing administration role is essential.
2. Good understanding of Sales Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing.
3. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
4. Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
