We’re looking for an experienced automotive AFTERSALES ADVISOR to work alongside the Aftersales team in this Exeter based, privately owned, dual-brand main dealership.
Working 5-days a week – with no weekend requirements, crossing over between the Parts and Service departments, you’ll be involved at the front desk and behind the scenes.
Regular activities will include:
1. Processing service customer bookings.
2. Presenting Service Plans, Air Conditioning Services, Brake Services and additionally identified work requirements – and upselling “red” work.
3. Workshop planning and control.
4. Outbound calls, to make incremental service/repair bookings.
5. Administration, invoicing, database updating.
6. Focusing on delivering the department’s profit and customer service objectives.
You’ll need to demonstrate a track record for all the above.
