Board Reporting and creating KPI metrics for the HR team. Analyzing data related to absence and attrition. Submitting pay data to an external benchmarking provider. Analyze and evaluate HR data and metrics. Collaborate with HR team to improve HR strategies. Conduct regular audits on HR processes and systems. Assist in the development of HR presentations and reports. Provide support in HR projects as required. Ensure compliance with legal requirements in HR practices. Assist in training and development initiatives. Profile A successful HR Analyst should have: A solid background in Human Resources or related field. Proficiency in HR systems and databases. Advanced Excel skills, including macros or system coding would be an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex data. Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Job Offer Immediate Start Opportunity.
