We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support a Finance Team in an education setting. The position will be varied and will require you to support in different tasks each day depending what is needed. This will cover nominal ledger, billing ledger, purchase ledger and payroll. Duties will include: Process new starters & leavers and update employees records Produce and collate invoices Issue statements Post credit card transactions Recording payments Process new suppliers details Process payment runs Reconcile statements This is a part-time position offering 20 hours per week and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
