What will you be doing?
• Follow a pre-planned campaign which will target specific customers with the aim of transacting in the moment and winning business or finding future opportunities for MSC in the future.
• Actively grow your core customers by making outbound proactive calls per day speaking with the correct contacts.
• Conversations will have a technical bias around metalworking tooling. Full product training will be given with an expectation to understand and use the training to maximize sales whilst building a strong brand and reputation with our core customer base.
• Be inquisitive and ask great questions to understand our customer’s behaviors and challenges, identifying opportunities to win new business and ensuring the business we currently have is secure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to win business quickly. You will make great strategic decisions to use the correct resource to win at pace.
• Provide insightful feedback to the business to ensure market research is utilise and actioned and we learn from your findings to become better every day.
What will you need?
