Job summary Trust Doctor ST3 equivalent / 50% Ophthalmology / 50% Research-Leadership Education Fellowship We wish to appoint an innovative and highly motivated Trust Doctor ST3 equivalent in Ophthalmology, who intends to pursue a career in ophthalmology and is at the early stage of their career. Main duties of the job This post is within a well-established, dynamic and cohesive Ophthalmology department. The Trust has a role within Teaching, Trauma and Tertiary service provision in the region; with the RSCH site being a Major Trauma Centre. The post would involve 50% of the time in NHS ophthalmology (eye casualty and clinic) and 50% of the time conducting research, quality improvement and education projects.
